Demonetization in India - The demonetization is a policy to take back old running notes and replace them with new notes. Demonetization of 500 and 1000 rs notes is the biggest news on 8 November 2016 across India. The whole country was shocked by the decision of PM Modi. It was a bold decision. This decision had a big impact on the Indian market. Peoples were stood in the long lines outside the bank or ATM (automatic teller machine). But they said it is a good Good decision.
Some say that is a surgical strike on black money. The Indian government wants to remove all the fake notes from the market. This money was used in terror funding. Demonetization was really a masterstroke. It will help in fighting against corruption.
